Beach take 3

The third time was NOT a charm. For whatever reason, Tyler hates the beach. He wouldn't even sit on the blanket that laid on the sand. :( We took a few pictures anyway ... enjoy!

Hawaii Chuck E Cheese

We went to Chuck E Cheese twice. The first time Tyler slept the entire time and only the adults played. The second time he had a blast riding all the rides.

Honolulu Zoo

It wasn't as big as San Francisco's zoo, but it had a lot of animals. Tyler enjoyed himself and even let Aunty Tammy carry him in the baby bjorn.

Beach take 2

Not much luck the 2nd time either. Still afraid of the sand and cried when mommy tried to take him swimming. In these pictures you'll see some of Tyler's cousins.

Teeny tiny aquarium, not worth the out of state price we had to pay to get in. LOL

Tyler's 1st beach experience

Mommy and daddy were very excited to take Tyler to the beach. Too bad Tyler didn't feel the same way. He cried the minute he touched the sand.

Tyler's 1st B-day in Hawaii

ALOOOOHA! Our 2008 trip to Hawaii was to celebrate Tyler's 1st birthday. We flew in on Saturday, August 30th and his party was the very next day. Because of jet lag, the new surroundings, and new people it was a VERY BIG and exhausting day for Tyler. All in all, everyone was very excited to see him and despite him only wanting mommy and daddy to carry him all day long ... the party was a great success.
